Reservation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 20 days before the check-in date. If the reservation is cancelled after this period, a penalty equal to the price of one night will be charged and will not be refunded.
In case of no-show (failure to arrive or cancellation on the day of check-in), a penalty equal to the first two nights of the reservation will be charged.
Flexible Policy for Greater Security
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the reservation may be changed once for different dates, depending on hotel availability. The change may also be made for the following season, but no later than 12 months after the date of the original reservation, with the price recalculated according to the new dates.
The request for a change must be submitted no later than 3 days before check-in. If the request is made later, a penalty equal to the deposit (one night) will be charged and will not be refunded.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: after 14:00
Check-out: until 12:00
For group reservations of more than 5 rooms:
Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in (before 12:00) or late check-out (until 17:00) is possible for an additional 50% of the nightly rate. This service is available only upon prior request and subject to hotel availability. In most cases during July and August, this option is not possible due to nearly full occupancy.
Important Information
Payment for the reservation is made on the day of check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and bathrooms. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
The swimming pool is available to guests from 08:00 to 20:00. Please do not take room towels outside.

If you wish to contact another room, dial the room number directly.
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in the hotel area for an additional fee. They must be kept on a leash within the hotel premises.
Reception Hours
Reception operates from 09:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive or depart outside these hours, please inform us in advance so we can assist you.
The parking gate closes at 00:00 and opens at 07:00. If you plan to arrive or leave outside this period, please inform us in advance so we can arrange access for your vehicle.
Housekeeping
Dear guests, room cleaning is performed daily between 09:00 and 16:30.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Room Preferences
Please note that during the period 20.06 – 06.09 we do not accept specific room requests (room number, view, floor, etc.). We will do our best to consider your preferences, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
Our team always makes every effort to accommodate guests’ wishes. However, in some cases fulfilling a specific promise may require refusing a new reservation. Since the hotel is seasonal and operates actively only for about two and a half months, unfortunately we cannot afford to do this.
Your preference will be noted, but we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled. It is important for us to present our policies clearly and explain the reasons behind them.

Early Departure
If the room is vacated before the end of the reservation, the amount for the unused nights may be used at a later time during the current or the following season, without penalty, within 12 months from the date of the original reservation.
At reception you will receive a signed and stamped voucher indicating the exact amount in EUR that can be used later. Please keep this voucher, as it is required to use the remaining amount.
To use this option, the request for early departure must be made no later than the previous day, and the room must be vacated at the standard check-out time – until 12:00. If the request is made on the day of departure, the night will be considered used.
If you choose not to use this option, a penalty equal to one night will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
